Writer: FraseFrase

Police have arrested a 22 year old man on Tuesday, 30th May for stealing $1700 USD ($2550 AUD) worth of LEGO products from a Target in Upland, California. It is alleged the suspect has been involved in other LEGO thefts, with the total value of sets stolen being around $45,000 Australian dollars.

The man stole numerous sets, pictured above, which he intended to sell off at a higher price once they retired. However, even more shocking was the fact that the suspect stole two pairs of jeans but not a t-shirt to cover his exposed upper torso.

The police were alerted to the thief's presence after loss prevention employees at Target identified the individual loading a trolley full of LEGO sets and recognised him from previous thefts. The UPD believe that he may be responsible for stealing upwards of $30,000 worth of LEGO from stores in San Bernardino, Los Angeles and San Diego.
