July 2025 LEGO Competition Winners

Brick News hosted a handful of LEGO competitions in July, and now it's time to announce the winners for each competition!

Congratulations to the July 2025 Monthly Draw winner - Warren Smith from Tasmania, Australia! Warren first signed up for Brick News VIP back in May 2023, and has finally won the grand prize after two years of entering our draws.

Warren is the second-ever grand prize winner from Tasmania, but not the only winner from Tasmania this month...

Moving on to the July 2025 Build Competition, we have two skilled builders to celebrate. Coming in with the most votes, Wicket_Bricks (A.K.A Denver Watson) from Tasmania, Australia, won with his build submission of an early Yavin IV Base (pictured right).

Placing second in the build competition is Steven Jordan from Queensland, Australia. Steven's build submission was a custom-built version of Luthen Rael's Fondor Haulcraft (pictured below). Both builders will receive a LEGO 75399 Star Wars: Rebel U-Wing Starfighter each!

As always, we offer incentives for VIPs who vote in our build competitions. One lucky voter, Anthony Walters from Oklahoma, USA, has been sent a small LEGO set as a thank-you for participating.

Finally, our July 2025 Survey Draw winner is Genevieve Gilarski, who has scored a LEGO 75401 Star Wars: Ahsoka's Jedi Interceptor. This draw was our free-to-enter competition for the month - congratulations Genevieve!

Now that we've reached August, we have even more exciting competitions to enter throughout the month. Kicking off shortly will be the August 2025 Monthly Draw, featuring the retired LEGO Star Wars: Ewok Village, which was taken off shelves 8 years ago. The set has also been signed by Australia's Brickman, Ryan McNaught, who is the only LEGO Certified Professional in the country.
