Star Wars Fans, Get Ready to Stay Up Late

Any seasoned LEGO Star Wars fan knows the drill when a highly anticipated army-builder set is about to hit the shelves. Earlier this year when the 75342 Republic Fighter Tank launched, Australians that didn't place an order on LEGO.com.au within 20 seconds of it becoming available missed out and had to wait over a month for more stock to come in.

Before that, the 75280 501st Legion™ Clone Troopers also vanished from all retailers when it launched, as fans scrambled to get their hands on as many as possible. When the set came back in stock twice during this year on the LEGO website, they quickly ran out of stock within 2 hours both times.

With this knowledge and previous experience in snapping up sets, fans should be very weary of the upcoming 75345 501st Clone Troopers Battle Pack which will be available from midnight VIC/NSW time on the 1st of January 2023. If you want to secure one or more of these sets, ensure you log into the LEGO website at the following time on the 31st of December, 2022:

* 11:55pm in Victoria, Tasmania, New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory

* 10:55pm in Queensland

* 10:25pm in the Northern Territory

* 11:25pm in South Australia

* 8:55pm in Western Australia

Once you're logged in and ready to go, ensure you keep refreshing the page until the sets show up as Available - then quickly add them to your cart and check out as fast as possible. If you want to be prepared in advance, ensure your delivery address details are up-to-date now so you're ready on the night.

These sets will sell out VERY fast, so be quick when checking out. Remember, if you do miss out you can head into most big retailers to look for them or check out Bricks Megastore to snap them up from there instead.
