Official images of the upcoming LEGO 75419 Star Wars: Ultimate Collector Series Death Star have been revealed via BrickTastic. These images provide a much clearer look at the most expensive LEGO Star Wars retail set.

While the set is presumed to retail for $1000 USD, it's unclear what the exact price of the set will be in Australia. If you are planning to purchase this set in Australia at full retail price, you should save up to $1600 AUD to ensure you have the necessary funds to make the purchase.
While this set will be the largest and most expensive LEGO set to have ever been released so far, we do not expect this set to immediately sell out on day one. The hefty price tag, as well as complaints from community members expecting a fully spherical display set with exterior paneling, leads us to expect it may take several days to go out of stock, or it may even take a significant time for LEGO to run out of stock.

It can now be confirmed that 38 minifigures will be included in the set. While not shown in the official image above, a secret Hot Tub Stormtrooper completes the roster of 38 minifigures. While not all minifigures are necessarily the best versions available (refer to this article here), there is no denying that this is an impressive lineup of characters. The inclusions of an Imperial Dignitary, Galen Erso and Olson Krennic are also very welcome to the set, and will be cool exclusives for fans to have in their collections.

A photograph of the Death Star taken next to a model shows just how large the set really is. Due to its thin profile, it may be easier to display on a shelf or ledge than its spherical predecessors. Nevertheless, it will be a very impressive set to show off!

Also revealed in the images was the TIE Fighter gift-with-purchase that you can receive from participating retailers when purchasing the Death Star. Is it worth buying the Death Star at full price to receive this bonus set though...? No.
The only critical photo we're missing from these images is a look at the other side of the Death Star. It's unclear yet if the back of the model is also presentable, evenly paneled off or if it looks like a mess... we'll just have to wait and see!
The LEGO 75419 Star Wars: Ultimate Collector Series Death Star releases in October 2025. Brick News VIPs will have a chance to win it as part of our Monthly Draw in October and December this year. Keep an eye on the Brick News website for more LEGO news!
