Bricklink’s Designer Program: Series 11 Voting is Now Open & Series 8 Pre-Orders Start Soon!

Crowdfunding for Series 8 of the BrickLink Designer Program will begin soon (Pre-ordering starts on June 9th, 2026 at 8 AM Pacific time… check your local time zone!), there is a countdown clock on the BDP series 8 webpage to help with tracking the time remaining.
But while you are waiting for that, go to BrickLink now and vote for who you think should be a finalist for BDP Series 11 (voting open until May 26th at noon Pacific… again check your local time).
Below are the 5 finalists from BDP series 8, and a few details on each, followed by some example images of the BDP series 11 submissions… I recommend flicking through the collection yourself if you would like to vote, as there are many designs that have been submitted, too many for me to show you all the good ones… and even then ‘good’ designs are subjective. I find there is a difference between ‘eye-catching’ and ‘well-designed’, so I may miss something that is a quality construction as it blends into all the other submissions I glance at briefly, and I may inspect something closer which had an element that I drew my attention, just to find myself critiquing the build and finding things I dislike about it.
