Andor Build Competition - Rules, Prizes & How To Enter

The Brick News Build Competition is back! This July we're requiring entrants to build ANYTHING from the Star Wars: Andor TV show OR Star Wars: Rogue One. As with our previous build competitions, the winners will be determined by VIPs in a poll in the Build Competition Club.

Two skilled builders will walk away with a LEGO Star Wars: Rebel U-Wing Starfighter, valued at $110 AUD each!

How to Enter

To enter this build competition, you'll need to navigate to the Build Competition Club on the Brick News website. From there, navigate to the Submission Thread (which will be pinned to the top of the club). You can then comment with your submission name, some information about your build (optional) and your best 3 photos. You have until the 27th of July to submit your entry. Make sure to follow the rules outlined in the next section of this post.

Important: A Brick News VIP subscription is required in order to gain access to this club and to participate in this competition.

Rules for the July 2025 Build Competition

Please ensure you follow ALL of the below rules to avoid disqualification. If you have any questions regarding your build's eligibility, please email info@bricknews.com.au with your questions and/or photos and we can advise if your build meets the rules & criteria.

1. You can only submit ONE build (either a structure or vehicle) into this competition. Multiple builds/entries are not permitted. For example, you cannot submit a custom TIE Fighter build with a custom X-Wing build.

2. Non-LEGO parts and components are not permitted in your build unless they are approved third-party light kits. Popular brands such as Light My Bricks are allowed. You cannot use components from LEGO competitors such as MegaBloks or knockoff brands.

3. The structure or vehicle your build is based off must have been featured on-screen in Andor Season 1, Andor Season 2 or Star Wars: Rogue One. Builds submitted into this competition that were not visible on-screen will be disqualified.

4. There is no piece limit or size limit to this competition.

5. LEGO minifigures are permitted but must not be the primary component of the build. A structure/vehicle must be the primary focus of your submission.

6. Plagiarism is not allowed. Your build must be your own work - if a design is predominantly copied from an official LEGO build, a Rebrickable build or is otherwise a build copied by another designer, your entry will be void and your Brick News account may be terminated.

Ideas for Your Submission

If you're stuck for ideas on what you can build, rewatching the Andor TV show or the Rogue One movie may be a good way to get some inspiration. However, here's a short list with some ideas in case you get stuck:

• Rebel X-Wing Starfighter or Cavern Angels X-Wing Starfighter.
